How to reach success on the fertility journey.

Happy summa 🍉⛱☀️ I just love this time of year. I know I live in Canada, but warm weather is my jam.

I have a treat for you today. And it comes in the form of a very eye-opening podcast 👁 🎙

If I asked you what it is to be successful on the fertility journey, you’d say it was to get pregnant. Seems obvious.

But if you believe the thought that success = pregnancy, then how do you feel at the end of the month if it doesn’t happen? You feel like a great. big. failure. Which gives you even more of a reason to stress out, believe that somethings wrong with you, and keep up with the story that it’s just out of reach for you.

And choosing to believe this thought “success = pregnancy” that perpetuates the fertility story (that most likely makes you feel like shit) is a choice. Part of my job as a Life Coach is spotting these -- what may seem like valid *limiting* beliefs -- so that you can break the cycle of distrust in your body and the process, and cultivate a mindset that supports your body and dream of getting pregnant. Because your mind is what signals to your body that it’s safe to create a human.

So how do you switch this thought and get outta this vicious cycle (that you may not have even known you were in)? What alternative is there to believing that “success = pregnancy”? Because when you’re in it, it’s hard to see it another way.
