Chronic #TTC Guilt

Hey mama-bear,

Oh em geeeee, I’m THRILLED to be back working after taking 3 months off for maternity leave! I had my baby boy on March 28. He’s so happy, very healthy and his name is Beck!

It has been almost a year since I got pregnant. And so, I’ve been reflecting on that time in my life. Getting a little nostalgic about it! 🥰

And it was the FIRST time in a very long fertility journey, that I learned how to let go of guilt.

Letting go of guilt was like letting go of a 400 lb weight on my back, and I believe it contributed greatly to my happiness and getting pregnant.

For a long time, I felt chronic #ttc guilt. Guilt over every little thing I ate, did, didn’t do the day before. I felt guilty for my “negative” thoughts and hell, I even felt guilty for feeling guilty! 🤣
