There's no such thing as right or wrong.

Hey mama,

Despite the fact that you were raised (more like drilled) to believe that there are right decisions and wrong decisions, the truth is:

There’s so such thing as right or wrong.

It’s all relative. It’s just an opinion. It’s not a fact.

(Now if you’re monkey mind is getting all fired up by hearing this 🔥 then that’s GOOD NEWS! Cause it means you’ll find some major relief in this weeks podcast.)

Right/wrong thinking plays a major role in the fertility journey.

Cause this need to label every little thing you do/eat/think as right or wrong, good or bad - places a lot of unnecessary pressure, guilt and shame on your mind+body if you steer ever so slightly off the “perfect” narrow path.

For example:

Let’s say you choose to have a slice of birthday cake at your best friends birthday party. Even when you go home, the cake is gone, the night is over — but you’re STILL THERE in your head. You’re riddled with guilt, believing you made a “wrong” decision to eat the cake. This right or wrong thinking is what keeps the mental story alive and the guilt eating you up from the inside-out. It’s totally unnecessary and can be shifted after listening to the podcast.

In this weeks podcast, you’re gonna learn :

  • how to label less

  • be more kind to yourself

  • use this tool to get REALLY fucking clear on some of the uncertainty you might be facing on the journey to your baby.

Listen now. It’s a game-changer.

All my love!

Xo Spenser
