How many hats do you wear?
Hey mama-bear,
Women are fucking amazing.
Like com’on.
In 2018, we wear So. Many. Different. Hats.
A wife, BFF, daughter, sister, career women, housekeeper, chef, social planner, and more appropriately, a determined - yet bad ass, mama-in-the-making. (If I'm missing another hat - let me know!)
And although we have the freedom to do what we want – and we can really HAVE it all...
It doesn't mean we have to DO it all.
Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, over-worked and at the end of the day, they’re totally #OVERit.
The good news is that it’s a generational thought pattern set in your brain that needs just a few minor tweaks, so that you can live a more balanced and pleasure-ful life. And really can have it all…
The bad news? There isn’t any. In case you call letting go of old beliefs, doing more of what you love and getting your mind and body ready to make a baby - a bad thing.
All you have to do - is ask for help.
If your mind is saying, “Wouldn’t that mean I’m not doing my JOB?” or “My mother/mother-in-law would be HORRIFIED to hear this!” or “How will shit get done, if I don’t do it?” Then this week’s podcast is a MUST for you.
Listen to this week's brand new podcast!
And learn the life-altering power of Asking for Help!
You'll learn:
Why asking for help gets you into the energy of receiving and worthiness.
How to mother yourself first - by letting other people take care of you.
Why asking for help, is a form of surrender.
Because now's the time to stop believing the lie that you have to do it all.
You don’t have to carry the weight of the world (and all of your loved ones) on your shoulders, when God puts people in your path to help you. To take you to exactly where you want to go. To relieve you of all that stress.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It’s a sign of fucking STRENGTH.
It’s time to delegate. To trust your loved ones. And to receive the life-changing magic of asking for help.
So that you can focus on what matters most.
